You should never forget to do more of what makes you happy!
I am sometimes guilty of it as well 😉 Painting is what makes me happy but I get caught up in computer work, social media, doing the laundry, cleaning the house and other things that are needed but do not bring me joy…
Ask yourself: what is sucking the energy out of you? If you didn’t have to worry about these things or people (no matter how much you love it/them), what makes you feel all brand new and excited? It doesn’t have to be anything creative, it could just be a hot bath with a glass of bubbly at the end of a long day, running around in the park with your little dog who you can swear can smile when he’s happy, or just reading a good book!
Well, those little things, even if small and easy to do, don’t always make it to the top of your priority list, do they? If they don’t, then you need to find a way to change that before you lose all your energy 😉
This painting is a great way to remember all the joyful things in your life, to appreciate them and to do them as much and as often as possible!
Hang it on your wall to be reminded to do more of what makes you happy 🙂
This is a large mixed media acrylic painting, approx. 75 x 100 x 1.8 cm. The edges are painted black with little white dots going all the way around the canvas and the painting is signed front and back, ready to hang.
Let me know what you think of this new painting 🙂
