Fall in love, every minute!
A little bit of blue…
A little bit of green…
Add a dash of mauve…
Some iridescent shine…
A little stencilling and stamping…
And… Voila!
What’s not to love about life (when it goes this smoothly, right?!) and especially being our art journal where everything is precious to us…

Mimi I love your art. I wanted to share with you that I am/was also a smurf fan. It’s cute because you look like smurfette. When I was a cheerleader in high school in 1985 we were very superstitious. We had a 4 inch plastic smurfette that we carried to all our compettitions. Before we got started we would put her in the middle of our cirlce that we made – say a prayer – and then pass her around and everybody gave her a kiss (there were 16 of us – lol). WE did really well in competitions. So funny that you love them too. Sorry you had to go to ballet lessons. I would have loved to have gone to dance lessons but my mom wouldn’t take me.
Hello fellow Smurf sister š I am so glad to hear that Smurfette brought you good luck in high school! I was forced to go to ballet for medical reasons, would you believe? My doctor as a kid thought it would be great to shape and strengthen my back but after 6 months of classes, told me to stop immediately as it was making it worse… Phew! Back to my favourite cartoon š
I have just discovered you Mimi. You have a wonderful sense of color balance and I love the palettes you work in. It’s lovely for you to share your work. Thanks so much!
