Original artwork shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the artwork selected.

Some products, particularly certain fragrance items or alcohol-based art supplies, may not be available for international shipping due to postal restrictions.

If you are unsure whether an item can be shipped to your country, please contact me before ordering.

Most orders are shipped directly to customers.

If you are local, you may be able to collect your order from one of my market stalls. Please check the Exhibitions & Markets Dates page before ordering to ensure there is an upcoming event.

Studio pickup may also be available for large original canvas paintings by prior arrangement. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days.

Delivery times vary by location:

• QLD: 2–5 business days
• NSW, VIC, SA: 3–7 business days
• WA, TAS, NT: 5–10 business days

Images on my website are intentionally displayed at a lower resolution to help protect my artwork online. If you would like additional photos or a short video before purchasing, I’m always happy to provide them.

Mockup images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact scale of an artwork within a space.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, device calibration, and lighting conditions.

Artworks are described carefully, so please read the product description before purchasing:

• Paper artworks are created on thick, professional-quality art paper and are supplied unframed unless otherwise stated.

• Canvas artworks are typically painted on artist-grade 38mm deep-edge canvas, wired and ready to hang.

• Art panels are rigid and designed to be displayed on a wall, shelf or table. Some may include a hanging hook, although additional hardware is generally not required.

Every original artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

If you’re sending an order directly to someone special, simply enter the recipient’s delivery address during checkout and leave a note in the checkout notes letting me know it is a gift.

I’m happy to include a small handwritten message with your order. No invoice or pricing information will be included with the parcel.

Fragrance is deeply personal — what smells strong or subtle to one person may feel very different to another. Room size, airflow and temperature can all affect how a scent fills your space.

Each candle, diffuser and room spray is carefully tested to ensure a beautiful, balanced scent throw that feels true to its description.

If you’re unsure which scent you’ll love most, I’m more than happy to help. Reach out before ordering for personalised recommendations — or start with a smaller size to explore the collection.

Because scent is so subjective, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on individual fragrance preference once a product has been opened or used.

All books written or published by Mimi Bondi ship free worldwide.

Any other books or supplies in the Art Supplies section may incur the regular shipping fee.

If you are ever unsure what shipping will look like, simply add items to your cart to view the shipping cost before checkout.

Online workshops are non-refundable once access is granted.

You’ll receive an email with login details or a private link shortly after purchase. You’ll need a stable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video.

Materials lists are included with your workshop notes, and substitutions are always welcome.

The Secret Stash Store is a special corner of my website where you can download my original artwork to use in your own creative projects, including canvases, journals, cards, tags, collages and more.

Download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. If you create an account or log in at checkout, you can also access your files under My Account → Downloads.

Files can be downloaded up to 3 times within 6 months from the date of purchase (from your account if you have one, or from your order confirmation).

Because these are digital items, no refunds or exchanges are available once access is delivered.

What can I do with the digital files?

All artwork remains © Mimi Bondi.

You may print and use the files for personal use and in your own unique mixed-media artwork.

Allowed: use in journals, collages and mixed-media pieces created by you — including artwork you sell — as long as the file is transformed into something new and original.

Not allowed: sharing files, reselling files, uploading them anywhere, or selling the file “as is” as prints, mugs, t-shirts, stickers, downloadable papers or similar products.

I may cancel access if suspicious activity is detected.

Printing tips for digital files

For best results, print on:

• Matte photo paper, 170–200gsm, for rich colour
• Standard copy paper, 80–100gsm, for easy tearing and layering

Colours may vary between screens and printers, so I recommend doing a small test print first.

You can scale, crop or reprint the files as needed for your project.

Troubleshooting downloads

If a download link won’t open:

• Try another browser, such as Chrome, Opera or Safari
• Try another device
• Temporarily disable ad blockers
• Log in to your account and check My Account → Downloads
