They are truly beautiful, colourful little parrots full of fun! I love watching them hop around in tress, sometimes hanging upside down on branches, doing funny Spiderman moves to reach something yummy. I just had to paint one… And this one is extra cheeky 🙂
I of course love how this little guy’s face screams ‘mischief!!’ and how colourful and detailed he is but I also love how he is complimented by the soft background. All the brush strokes evoke the abundance of foliage around him because, that’s where they love to play… I can in fact here them creating havoc in my garden right now!
Just like these playful birds, “Joyful Mischief” reminds us of the importance of embracing lightheartedness in life. In a world often filled with seriousness, this painting is a sweet reminder to find delight in the small moments and to let our playful side shine.

This original lorikeet painting was created on high-quality, thick paper (450gsm), with a subtle canvas texture for added depth.

Returns Policy:
I want you to love your artwork but you can return if you wish! If so, you have five (5) days from the date of delivery to notify me here. If you paid for shipping, the full amount minus shipping costs will be refunded. If you received free shipping, the full amount minus 20% of the full amount will be refunded.
Please be prepared to return the artwork within three (3) days of notifying me of the return. When possible, use the original packaging or a professional packing company. The return shipment must be via a trackable shipping service.
To receive your refund, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the artwork.
