This post was originally published in 2014 and reflects an earlier stage of my artistic journey.
While my style has evolved significantly since then, I love looking back at the experiments and lessons that helped shape the artist I am today.
Looking back, these paintings feel very different from the work I create today. At the time, however, this challenge taught me to let go of perfectionism, experiment freely, and develop a consistent creative practice. Many of the lessons I learned during these 100 days still influence my work today.
