Every artwork and product from Mimi Bondi | Living Colour is created or chosen with great care — and I want you to feel completely happy with your purchase!

Change-of-Mind Returns
If your order arrives and it just doesn’t feel right for you, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it via the contact form so I can guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, you will need to return the item within 5 business days. Please reuse the original packaging if possible, or use professional packaging to ensure it arrives safely. All returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service.
Refunds are usually processed within 1 business day of receiving and inspecting the return, provided the item is received back in the same condition in which it was originally sent.
If a returned item is lost or arrives damaged during return transit, a refund may not be possible.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. I’m unable to accept returns of candles, diffusers, or sprays that have been lit, opened, or used.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for custom artworks, commissioned pieces, personalised products, digital products, workshops, or any items listed under Non-returnable Items below.
Refund Amounts
If you paid for shipping, your refund will be the full amount minus the original shipping cost.
If your order included free shipping, your refund will be the full amount minus the actual freight charges and packaging costs incurred for your original order.
Return shipping is generally the buyer’s responsibility. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll work with you to determine the best solution.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
I’ll assess the situation and discuss the most appropriate solution with you. Depending on the product and circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Because original artworks are one of a kind, replacements are not possible.
Please note that minor variations are normal in handcrafted items and do not qualify as faults. This includes small differences in colour, texture, finish or pattern – these are part of the charm of handmade creations.
Colours may vary slightly between screens or under different lighting conditions and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used home fragrance products (candles, diffusers, room sprays, etc) for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Digital products such as collage papers, printable resources, templates and other downloadable files, once access has been delivered.
- Workshop registrations once access to materials or recordings has been granted.
- All custom artworks, commissioned pieces, and personalised products.
Digital items and workshops are non-refundable because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. This protects the integrity of the content and ensures fairness for all customers.
