Colourful Daydream 2 is a colourful floral abstract painting inspired by imagination, gentle movement, and the emotional language of colour. Layers of blues, purples, and soft pinks blend across the surface, creating a dreamy landscape where expressive botanical forms, delicate line work, and playful shapes drift together in a calm, flowing rhythm.
This original painting was created on canvas and is ready to hang. Alongside subtle gold and iridescent sparkles, I also built up areas of lightly raised, transparent texture across the surface. This texture quietly reveals itself only as the light moves across the painting, adding depth and mystery that is almost impossible to capture on camera. It’s something only the buyer — or anyone experiencing the artwork in person — will truly notice and enjoy.
The painting measures approximately 30 × 30 × 1.8 cm (12 × 12 in), with all edges painted. Its compact size makes it perfect for adding a pop of colour to smaller walls, shelves, or intimate spaces, while still offering layers of detail, texture, and presence.
