I love incorporating the element of the sun into my art because it is such an important element for me – Let it Shine is no exception!
To me the sun and it’s symbol represent so much…
Warmth that the sun brings to our lives, which wouldn’t exist without it…
Light that touches all of us (physically and spiritually)…
Omnipresence… it’s everywhere even when everything seems dark…
Connection with the universe…
Abstraction because we know it’s there but we can’t really see it clearly…. and more!
Let it Shine is hand painted with mixed media on 300gsm art paper, approx. 30 x 40cm, ready to frame.
Can be hung horizontally or vertically.
