Whispering Woods

Whispering Woods came from that feeling of being drawn into a quiet, peaceful place — the kind where you don’t really know what’s ahead, but it still feels safe to keep going.

There’s a soft path leading through the trees, pulling you in gently rather than demanding attention. I liked the idea of it feeling open… like you can step into it and take your time.

The trees are layered with colour and light, with little bursts of flowers and grasses along the edges to keep it feeling alive and inviting. And in the distance, there’s a warm sunset filtering through, catching on everything just enough to soften the whole scene.

It’s a calm painting, but not empty — more like that quiet moment where your mind settles and things feel a bit clearer.

For me, it’s about trust. Moving forward without needing to see the whole path, and letting yourself feel okay in that space.
