Shipping within Australia
I offer $10 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide for all original artworks, except for XL paintings where shipping is calculated individually based on size, weight, and destination.
Insurance:
Shipping does not include insurance by default and once your order leaves my studio, I cannot be held for breakage or loss that could incur in transit. If you would like insurance added for extra peace of mind, this can be selected at checkout for an additional cost.
Combining Original Art with Living Colour products
Because original artworks and Living Colour items are all different shapes, sizes, and weights, they need to travel in separate parcels to keep everything safe during transit.
You’re welcome to order both in one transaction — just note that each parcel will have its own shipping fee:
• Original art: $10 flat-rate (XL artworks require a shipping quote)
• Living Colour products: shipped separately with a $10 flat-rate
If you prefer, you can also place separate orders — whatever feels easiest.
Order pickup
Online orders are generally delivery-only.
If you’re local, studio pickup at Moore Park Beach QLD may be arranged by appointment — please message me before ordering to confirm availability.
International shipping
Yes — original artworks can be shipped internationally by quote.
At checkout, simply select “Shipping quote” or contact me with your delivery address + artwork(s) for a personalised cost.
Please note: international customs forms may require declaring the artwork’s value.
Packaging & Presentation
- •Artworks on paper are wrapped in a protective sleeve with a sturdy backing board.
- •Canvas artworks are carefully wrapped, cushioned, and boxed for safe travel.
Each piece is packed lovingly by hand so it arrives in perfect condition and ready to enjoy.
Sending art as a gift
I’m happy to help make your gift extra special.
Leave a note at checkout letting me know it’s a gift and enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. I’ll exclude pricing and can include a short handwritten message on your behalf.
(International parcels may still show a declared value on customs forms.)
Damaged on arrival
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the piece.
Keep all packaging materials.
We’ll find the best solution — repair where possible, or a replacement/refund if the piece can’t be restored.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Most artworks are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- •QLD: 2–5 business days
- •NSW, VIC, SA: 3–7 business days
- •WA, TAS, NT: 5–10 business days
Product Notes & Transparency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Images on my site are intentionally low-resolution to protect my artwork. If you’d like extra photos or a short video before purchasing, I’m always happy to provide them.
Mockup images are for illustration only and may not reflect exact scale.
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting.
Artworks are described carefully; please read product details before purchasing:
- Paper artworks: created on thick, professional art paper — ready for framing.
- Canvas artworks: painted on artist-grade 38 mm deep-edge canvas, wired and ready to hang.
- Art panels: rigid and ready to display; no extra hardware needed.
Every original artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Shipping & mixed orders (important)
Living Colour shipping (Australia):
Living Colour orders ship for a flat rate of $10 AUD per order (candles, room sprays, diffusers, wax melts, etc.). This includes tracked shipping, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.
Insurance:
Shipping does not include insurance by default and once your order leaves my studio, I cannot be held for breakage or loss that could incur in transit. If you would like insurance added for extra peace of mind, this can be selected at checkout for an additional cost.
Mixed orders (important):
If your order includes Living Colour products plus original art or art supplies/books, your items will be packed and shipped separately so everything arrives safely.
Because fragrance products, artwork, and art supplies all have very different shapes, weights, and packaging needs, a separate shipping fee applies for each parcel.

Order pickup
At present, online orders are delivery only.

International shipping
Yes — I can ship Living Colour products that are not classified as dangerous goods internationally.
Because international shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination:
- •Select “Shipping quote” at checkout, or
- •Email your delivery address + list of items for a personalised quote.
Some fragrance products (for example, certain alcohol-based items) may not be eligible for all destinations, but I’ll confirm this with you when providing your quote.
Gift wrapping & sending gifts
Yes! Most Living Colour items can be gift wrapped for a small fee.
If you’re sending an order directly to someone special:
- •Please leave a clear note at checkout letting me know it’s a gift.
- •Enter the recipient’s address in the “different shipping address” section.
I’ll wrap it beautifully, with no pricing details, and can include your handwritten message if requested.
Damaged orders
I take great care with packaging, but if your item is damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it.
Send an email with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the item.
I’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund (depending on the product and stock availability).

Scent perception & choosing your fragrance
Fragrance is deeply personal — what smells strong or subtle to one person might feel very different to another, and things like room size, airflow, and temperature can all affect how the scent fills your space.
Each candle, diffuser, and room spray is carefully tested to ensure a beautiful, balanced scent throw that feels true to its description.
If you’re unsure which scent you’ll love most, I’m more than happy to help. Reach out before ordering for personalised recommendations — or start with a smaller size to explore the collection.
Because scent is so subjective, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on individual fragrance preference once a product has been opened or used. Every product is made with care, using high-quality ingredients I personally adore and test extensively in my own home.

Art supplies (shipping & mixed orders)

All books written/published by Mimi Bondi (in this section only) ship free worldwide (any other books in the Art Supplies section will incur the regular shipping fee).

Online workshops
Online workshops are non-refundable once access is granted.
- •Access: you’ll receive an email with login details or a private link shortly after purchase.
- •What you need: a stable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video.
- •Materials list: included with your workshop notes (substitutions welcome).
- •Access period: check the workshop product page for lifetime or timed access details.

Collage Papers in the Secret Stash Store
Sharing my art to inspire others is at the heart of everything I do — teaching, YouTube, behind-the-scenes peeks, books, and our Facebook group.
The Secret Stash Store is a special corner of my website where you can download my original artwork to use in your own creative projects (canvases, journals, cards, tags, collages and more).
What’s inside the Secret Stash?
I create these goodies from:
- •Scanned and cleaned hand-painted journal pages, gel prints & textures
- •Digital artworks (Procreate & Photoshop)
- •Hybrids of hand-painted + digital work
- •Occasionally AI-assisted imagery (fully or partially)
Pop in for unique collage papers and elements — or just swing by for inspiration!
How do downloads work?
Guest checkout: download links appear on the confirmation page immediately after payment — please download right away (links aren’t stored later without an account).
Account holders: create an account or log in at checkout to access your files.
Your files can be downloaded up to three times within six months from the date of purchase.
After this period (or once the download limit is reached), files will no longer be accessible unless repurchased.
You’ll find your download links:
- •On the order confirmation page
- •In your order confirmation email
- •In My Account → Downloads
Files are not emailed automatically — please use your download link. If anything’s unclear, just reach out.
What can I do with the digital files?
All artwork remains © Mimi Bondi. You may print and use files for personal use and in your own unique mixed-media artwork.
- •Allowed: use in journals, collages, and mixed-media pieces created by you — including art you sell — as long as the file is transformed into something new and original.
- •Not allowed: sharing files, reselling files, uploading them anywhere, or selling the file “as is” (e.g., unaltered prints, mugs, t-shirts, stickers, downloadable papers, etc.).
I may cancel access if suspicious activity is detected.
Because these are digital items, no refunds or exchanges once access is delivered.
Printing tips
For best results, print on:
- •Matte photo paper (170–200gsm) for rich colour
- •Standard copy paper (80–100gsm) for easy tearing & layering
Colours may vary between screens and printers — do a small test print first.
You can also scale, crop, or reprint as needed for your project.
Troubleshooting downloads
If a link won’t open:
- •Try another browser (Chrome / Edge / Safari) or device
- •Temporarily disable ad-blockers
- •Log in to your account and check Downloads
