How to pack art supplies for travelling

Whenever I go on a trip, I always find it difficult to choose what I want, or will need!
If you are like me, you don’t usually plan your art pages, you just go with the flow so…
Let’s gather our supplies and let me show you how to pack art supplies for a trip 😉

We’ll do it together so we can get a bit of a system happening to make it easier each time, ok?
Now grab a cuppa because this is a long video (so long I had to split it in 2)! I really wanted to show you my entire process, in the hope that it may help you as well.

If you enjoyed this video, and the info in it, make sure to leave me a comment at the bottom of this page otherwise…
How will I know you even pop by my little colourful corner of the internet? 😉

With love and sunshine,

xx mimi bondi

PS: This is not a video about what art supplies I used so there is no list of supplies listed of course.
Most products you will see can be found in my store, The Mixed Media Store but, just enjoy the process!

PPS: I actually filmed this video quite a while ago and only just got around editing it so since then, my stash of supplies has grown hem… Quite a bit!!

  1. Loved these videos!! I always struggle with what to bring with me when I visit my daughter, usually there at least 2 weeks and can’t go that long without crafting! I usually always take way too much stuff! You had some great ideas to compact your supplies. Think my favorite was the washi and tape on those sheets!!!! What an awesome idea, will definitely do this. Our Dollar Tree sells a 2 pack of flexible cutting boards that are easy to cut and will be perfect to make some of these. Also like the little jars for paints and mediums. Was waiting till the end to see how you packed it all. I have a similar bag that I use. Almost every trip I have to ship a box home just before I leave, like to shop while I’m there, she has lots more stores close by especially Tuesday Morning!! And there’s a great scrapbooking store I always visit, so hence the need to ship. I live in Mass and she’s in Florida and usually travel in the winter so I ship home my summer clothes and take my goodies with me so I don’t have to wait to play when I get home!!! Thanks for sharing, got lots of great ideas from you!!
