This is the ”motto” I try to live by and teach in my online workshops!
We create our own obstacles in our mind: we tell ourselves we “can’t”, “it’s too hard”, we are not “talented” and so on and so on… but that is BS!!!

YES, You CAN!
It IS EASY.
We are ALL talented in our own way!

I know sometimes it is hard to see past what we have going on in our life… But…

Moving past those mental barriers is the only way to happiness and being able to express ourselves without fear…

and I believe ART is one of (if not the) BEST way to do that.
